Tuwo Masara with Miyan wake (Gbegiri) and sauced oxtail.
- 2 cups corn flour
- 3 cups water
Combine the Corn flour and water in a medium pot, place on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is thick and stretchy. Add ¼ cup of water, reduce the heat to minimum and leave the pot covered for 3mins. Stir until smooth.
Your tuwo is ready to serve.
