Salmon dish: Fresh salmon w whole leaf spinach, half a cup of finely chopped onions or less, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice or lime, sprinkled on chilli pepper, and lastly a pinch of oregano make up this wonderful dish. Its healthy & easy to make. 10-15mins and its ready to serve!!

Sauted Spinach:Steamed spinach dish with finely chopped carrots, minced garlic, minced onions and a pinch of salt & pepper. This dish ranks as a healthy option for those of us who love fried dishes but still would like to incorporate sm healthy side dishes. This can be used as a Spinach dip for fried potatoes or a side flavour for fried rice. It can also be eaten alone to get that extra fiber.
