Tuwo Masara Tuwo Masara with Miyan wake (Gbegiri) and sauced oxtail.

Ingredients

2 cups corn flour

3 cups water

Direction

Combine the Corn flour and water in a medium pot, place on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is thick and stretchy. Add ΒΌ cup of water, reduce the heat to minimum and leave the pot covered for 3mins. Stir until smooth.

Your tuwo is ready to serve.
