

Oven fried Fish (Overnight Marinating Required)
Ingredients:
2 medium fish fillet (red snapper or pacific perch) (Makes 6 pieces)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cube maggi
Spices:
½ teaspoon each (Basil, Crushed pepper, dried garlic and Italian seasoning)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Other:
Oven tray and aluminum foil for baking
Direction:
1 Cut each fillet into 3 pieces, pat dry
2 Combine the salt, maggi and spice in a small bowl.
3 Rub the spice mix (step 2) into each fish piece. Set in the fridge overnight.
4 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
5 Brush the oven tray with olive oil; place the fish pieces on the tray skin side down.
6 Bake for 15mins, turning at the 7mins interval.
