My motive for this was to present 1 protein in 3 different combinations. The first(2) is simply fried fish which is awesome to soaked garri. Second(2) is served with a salsa of onion, plum tomato and fresh Basil and the third is simply option 2 on rice. Bottom line is …. the excitement of food lies in the way it’s combined.
